Mayuri Kango
Mayuri Kango preferred to join acting even after getting AIR 143 rank in IIT jee.
She debuted as the lead protagonist in Naseem, a Bollywood movie about the Babri Masjid demolition. She also played a lead role in Papa Kehte Hain.
Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant Singh didn’t clear Jee exam. But he got AIR -7 Rank in AIEEE entrance exam held in 2003.
He joined DCE (now DTU) in Mechanical Engineering. He later dropped out in 3rd year to try his luck in acting and got huge popularity through one of the daily Indian TV soap serial.
Amol Parashar
Amol passed out of IIT Delhi with a B.tech degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007.
He came in Bollywood with a Supporting actor role of Ranbir Kapoor’s friend in Rocket Singh Salesman of the Year. He has done numerous advertisement films including Mentos, Virgin mobile, Cadbury, Britannia, Mc Donalds, Metlife etc.
